This follows the mid-year promotion of Aidan Vuocolo and Graham Southgate to Associate Director, further strengthening the firm’s leadership team.
Sascha Kass has been appointed Head of Marketing & Communications. Sascha has led Prosperity’s marketing and communications strategy, delivering initiatives that strengthen the brand, engage clients and talent, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.
In the Financial Services division, Rocky Johnston has been promoted to Senior Financial Adviser. Rocky has built trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve long-term financial goals through personalised strategies and a focus on quality outcomes.
Additional promotions in Financial Services include Hannah Downes and Nick Stamou to Financial Adviser, and Justine Bondad to Senior Paraplanner.
In Business Services and Tax, Lucy Fisher and John Sauer have been promoted to Manager, Catherine Marinov to Supervisor, and Aaron Klimt, Jaleen Bagon, and Sean Hill to Senior Accountant. Kathleen Climaco and Eiwell Pangilinan have progressed to Intermediate Accountant. All have demonstrated strong technical expertise, client service excellence, and leadership within their teams.
Following sustained growth in Corporate Assurance, Mary Rose Turla has been promoted to Senior Auditor, recognising her contribution to quality assurance and client outcomes.
These promotions come as Prosperity continues to grow and strengthen its client offerings, having recently surpassed $1 billion in funds under management and been recognised with the Business Hunter Excellence in Large Business Award.
