Experience
Lidia has over seven years of professional consulting experience including project management and internal audit expertise. Prior to joining Prosperity, Lidia worked for eGov Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers Budapest where she worked in Government and Public Sector division. She has also previously worked for Crowe Ireland leading multiple risk-based audit assignments concurrently and ensuring the most effective and efficient use of time and resources.
She has international consulting experience working on development projects (including EU and World Bank funding programs) for the public sector.
Lidia works closely with her clients bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance processes.
