Experience
Manuri brings over 17 years of experience in corporate client servicing, portfolio management, and stakeholder management within financial services and insurance. She has a strong track record of supporting multinational corporate clients, coordinating high-value portfolios, and leading teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in regulated environments.
Most recently, as Cluster Manager – Client Services at Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd, Sri Lanka’s largest insurance firm she overlooked client servicing operations for a portfolio exceeding $2 Mn that included diverse range of clients. and led a team of five service professionals. She was recognised with the SLIM National Sales Silver Award (Supervisor Category, 2024) and an award for excellence in partnership support at Nestlé Connect 2024.
Previously, as Key Accounts Manager, she acted as the primary liaison for multinational corporate clients, maintaining 100% SLA compliance and receiving multiple national awards for client support and retention. Earlier roles as Assistant Manager and Graduate Trainee established her strong foundation in administration, compliance, and interdepartmental coordination.
Manuri recently relocated to Australia and is seeking to contribute her organisational expertise, client-focused mindset, and leadership skills to a dynamic financial services team and believes in strong professional relationships with the customers.
