Experience

Niamh has over 7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the Financial Services industry and nearly 2 years of experience in Australian domestic tax within the Tax & Business Services team. 

Prior to joining Prosperity, Niamh was a Tax Manager at a firm in Sydney, where she managed a diverse client portfolio within the Tax & Business Services team, encompassing large international clients (including Significant Global Entities or SGEs) as well as domestic clients, such as family groups, individuals, and small businesses.

Niamh is extremely passionate about Inclusion and Diversity. She led an initiative within EY Financial Services for people with intellectual disabilities, resulting in EY becoming a business partner for TCPID (‘Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities’). She also won the GEM (‘Going the Extra Mile’) award for contributing to the development of outstanding teams across all service lines (audit, tax, and advisory) in EY Financial Services.
