QLD Poker Machine Tender #60 (Pubs) - Tender RESULTS

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has released (finally) the result of Tender #60 today via its website, being:

• $546,818 South East (Up from $424,929 - tender #59) – 28.68% increase
• No Market Coastal ($186,895 - tender #59)
• $171,221 Western (Up from $156,408 - tender #59) – 9.47% increase

Both South East and Western Regions showed strong price increases. The South East improvement was on the back of reduced supply with only 4 authorities selling with the 28.68% increase reversing the last two declines in tenders 58 and 59 where it hit an all time high of $661,000. The Western Region has shown improving prices coupled with increasing supply with all 23 authorities clearing the market and posting an all time high price. There was no supply in the Coastal market, the first time since April 2020.
